Pigment pastes for use in modern industrial coating production
Pigment pastes with very good compatibility in solvent-based and water-thinnable applications are offered by the Helio Beit® product ranges: UN series, UL series and LW series. The special A series is also available. Use in your own coating system is also possible at short notice: In order to facilitate the incorporation, we offer you suitable calibration series for Datacolor and Konica Minolta colorimeters for the Helio Beit® UN, UL and LW series for a small license fee. After reading in your basecoats, you can start formulating immediately.

Helio Beit® UN series
- Base: solvent-based acrylate resin
- Excellent compatibility in all common solvent-based coating systems, 1K and 2K
- 40 different pigments available as a paste
- Particularly suitable for use in paint dosing systems

Helio Beit® UL series
- Base: Aldehyde resin
- Free from aromatic organic solvents
- High-solids applications (solids content between 60-88 %)
- Excellent compatibility with all common solvent-based coating systems
- 30 different pigments available as a paste
- High color intensity
- Use on dosing systems
- Storage stability is at least 12 months from delivery
Helio Beit® LW series
- Base: special binder combination
- Free (with a few exceptions) from organic solvents
- Excellent compatibility with many aqueous binder systems used in the coatings industry
- 30 different pigments available as a paste
- High color intensity
- Stable over a wide pH range
- Use on dosing systems
- Storage stability is at least 12 months from delivery
- Calibration series service for colorimetry
Helio Beit® UV series
- Base: radiation-curing acrylate resin
- Monomer-free
- Excellent compatibility in UV and ESH applications
- 18 different pigments available as a paste
- High color intensity
- Storage stability is at least 6 months from delivery
Helio Beit® A series
- Base: Alkyd resin
- Solvents are aromatic-free hydrocarbons
- Excellent compatibility in oil-based applications
- 4 different pigments available for the reproduction of glazed wood shades
- Storage stability is at least 12 months from delivery
Helio Beit® Opti Blend
- Use as an optical brightener in various binder systems
- The main applications are acrylic resin systems
- Special combination of organic blue and violet pigments
