Head of Human Resources (m/f/d) part-time (30 hours/week)

– Contact person for managers and employees on all payroll and HR-related issues
– Constructive and trusting cooperation with employee representatives and authorities,
Offices and associations
– Responsibility for strategic, operational and administrative personnel management
– Handling of the entire recruitment process
– Drawing up employment contracts, warnings, notices of termination, etc.
– Create and be responsible for proper payroll via SAP.
– Negotiator payroll tax and social security audits
– Prepare annual financial statements and accruals
– Create budget, forecast and medium-term planning
– Implementation of personnel development as well as responsibility of the process in quality management

– Degree in economics/social sciences or comparable qualification or successfully completed commercial training with additional relevant qualification (human resources manager)
– Several years of operational and strategic experience in HR with an understanding of structures,
People and numbers
– Excellent and up-to-date knowledge of wage tax, social security and labor law
– Hands-on mentality, generalist
– Confident handling of SAP HR, MS Office and Lotus Notes
